1. Registration and Invitations

Please provide accurate contact details and registration information. Our registration services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

Submitting a form is a request for an invitation and does not guarantee admission, a reserved seat, or a meeting with a particular participant. Attendance is subject to confirmation by LPIE, capacity, and any eligibility criteria disclosed for the event. We will communicate confirmation and attendance details using the contact information you provide.

2. Event Information and Changes

The Residency & Citizenship by Investment event is scheduled for 20 October 2026 in Dubai. Final venue and attendance details will be communicated to confirmed guests.

Schedules, venues, speakers, and participating professionals may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered guests of material changes, postponement, or cancellation. Please confirm event arrangements before booking travel or accommodation.

If a paid service or ticket is offered, its price, payment terms, and cancellation or refund policy will be disclosed separately before purchase. These terms do not establish a blanket no-refund policy or limit mandatory consumer rights.

3. Information and Professional Advice

Website content and event discussions provide general information about property investment, residency, citizenship, and related topics. They are not personalized legal, immigration, financial, tax, or investment advice.

Meeting a lawyer or other professional at an event does not automatically create a professional-client relationship. Any engagement with a participating professional is subject to a separate agreement with that professional.

LPIE does not guarantee visa approval, residency, citizenship, investment returns, or eligibility for any program. Requirements and outcomes depend on individual circumstances and the relevant authorities. Obtain independent professional advice before making decisions or transferring funds.

4. Third-Party Services

Lawyers, exhibitors, advisers, and other participants are responsible for their own services, statements, and agreements. Participation in an LPIE event does not constitute a guarantee of their services. External websites and platforms have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Acceptable Use and Conduct

Do not use our website or forms for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, unauthorized data collection, or interference with our services. At events, treat staff and participants respectfully and follow venue rules and reasonable safety instructions.

We may restrict access or ask a participant to leave for unlawful, abusive, or unsafe conduct, subject to applicable law.

6. LPIE Event Updates — SMS

If you separately opt in to the LPIE Event Updates SMS program, Luxury Property Investments Expo may send event registration updates, invitation information, reminders, and, where separately authorized, promotional messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or event registration. Providing a phone number without the required opt-in does not authorize marketing SMS messages.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to an SMS message. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process this information on our behalf to deliver messages.

7. Email and WhatsApp

We may respond to inquiries and provide registration updates by email or WhatsApp. Marketing communications require the consent applicable to that channel. Starting a WhatsApp conversation does not automatically authorize unrelated or ongoing marketing messages.

Use the unsubscribe link to stop marketing emails. To stop WhatsApp marketing messages, message us with your request or email [email protected] . WhatsApp use is also subject to that platform's terms and privacy practices.

8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property

LPIE branding and website materials belong to LPIE or their respective owners. You may view materials for personal use. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

10. Availability and Legal Rights

We aim to keep our information accurate and services available, but errors, interruptions, and changes may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that general information will be suitable for your individual circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and the rights of the parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and publish the revised date on this page. Changes apply prospectively. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement before material changes apply to an existing arrangement. Changes do not replace or expand your messaging consent.
